I have really been working hard at getting Hannah to get really good foods, non-gluten of course;however, she is still not feeling well. She has not had a BM in over a month and the Doctor gave her some meds to help her go to the restroom and give her Iron at the same time. So far, nothing! I am keeping a log now of what she eats and how she feels after eating, maby I am doing something wrong! I hope not, I want to get my daughter healthy!
Aunt Jane, can you give me some food ideas to feed her that she would like. We can only eat so many tacos.. LOL

Welcome
I am still learning a lot about blogging, sometimes I keep up with it, sometimes it's weeks before I blog again, but I enjoy it so far!

Hi Lena... this is serious, she must have bowel movements every single day. Not having any is definitely a sign that she's not eating enough fruits and fiber. Black beans are suppose to really be great for making a person eliminate. In fact, anytime she eats a taco, she should always have black beans with her tacos. Every known leafy vegetable should be consumed by her morning, noon and night. The darker green it is the better. I haven't been to a good health store lately, but if you go to one that has gluten free bread, make sure it's full of grains. She needs to be snacking on seeds, nuts, fruit, and vegees. She should be eating olive oil all the time. Buy really good darker in color olive oil so that it's not a cheap bitter tasting one.
Until she gets all those toxins out of her she's not going to feel good at all, so you really need to have her cut back on the meats she's eating and concentrate on the fruits, vegetables, oils, nuts, beans and fiber.
